We are seeking a highly skilled Real-Time Analytics and Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining real-time analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI. This role requires deep expertise in real-time data processing, data visualization, and a strong understanding of business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain real-time analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver robust analytical solutions.
- Implement real-time data ingestion and processing workflows using Azure Stream Analytics and other Azure services.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards and reports.
- Develop and optimize data models to support real-time analytics.
- Monitor and troubleshoot analytics processes to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming analytics.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with data modeling and creating efficient data structures for analytics.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Familiarity with other BI tools and platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration processes and ensuring the seamless flow of data across various platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric, along with strong technical and general skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, and ETL processes to support AI/ML model development and real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver robust data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance using Microsoft Purview and other relevant tools.
- Optimize and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient and scalable data processing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes to ensure high availability and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Keep data current through regular updates and real-time streaming where applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lake architectures.
- Experience with data governance and quality tools, such as Microsoft Purview.
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning and AI frameworks (OpenAI, PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
- Strong Python programming skills, including experience with data manipulation libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and others.
- Experience working with data frames and related data structures in Python.
- Understanding of different marketing data sources and the integration and ETL of that data to be in a format ready to feed AI models.
- Knowledge of real-time data streaming and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
